Service with sales and merchandising own personnel in more than 20 Mexico states and more than 100 stores
OUR STRENGTHS

SALES TEAM
- Negotiation of inventory levels according to: Months of inventory and store potential.
- Monthly allocation according to store clusters, seasonality and product mix.
- Sales and Inventory level monitoring
- Review and adjustment of product mix according to monthly meetings with Field Operations team.
- Elaboration of supplier purchases and basic collections, A-B-C product classification, as well as price brackets.
- Slow moving product management strategies
Field Operations
- We have staff supporting our watches & jewelry brands in Liverpool stores with permanent staff on the sales floor.
- Through the team of Visual Merchandisers and sales managers, we have a reach of +80% of the stores visited to determine needs and development opportunities.
- Key tasks of the team: Ensure sell out and turnover targets through excellent sales mentoring. They have base salary + variable salary + seasonal incentives.
- Negotiation of the best spaces for our brands in the stores.
- Identification of visual spaces for backlights, posters or seasonal furniture.
- Execution of merchandising guide according to the brand and adaptation by type of store format (type of furniture). In-store training for brand launching and new staff questions.
- Training events for our staff and Liverpool, Sears & Sanborns personnel every 6 months.
- Continuous digital training for our sales reps.
- Variable salary scheme according to the achievement of sales targets.

Marketing Strategy
- Development of new distribution channels.
- Evaluation of investment in Pop-up / In store activations, take overs, GWP, product kits, corners-shopINshop
- Marketing, PR, Visual Merchandising and Digital communication plans.
- Incentive plans for our sales reps and Liverpool´s floor staff.
- Local production valuation (packaging, materials, display, furniture) in order to make expenses more efficient.
- Competitor analysis and benchmarking.

Distribution Center & Service Center
GRUPO AKLUCK has a central office and distribution center in Monterrey with a satellite office in Mexico City.
In addition, we have a warehouse facility USA as well as a custom brokerage company.
Mexico City
Operations / Point of Sale & Comercial Management
Marketing, merchandising, and in-house sales are directed and serviced from our Mexico City office as this is where all national store and media house accounts reside.
